– Oriented project staff on DMIS operation, digital resilience, digital safety, risk management, and secure data management, strengthening institutional capacity for digital service delivery.
– Identified and trained 20 Youth Disability Champions (10 women and 10 men, including 2 persons with disabilities) on disability rights, documentation procedures, safeguarding, community outreach, referral systems, and DMIS application use.
– Distributed champion toolkits, including screening checklists, outreach guides, and referral forms, enabling Youth Disability Champions to support community-level implementation.
– Conducted stakeholder coordination meetings involving 14 representatives (8 women and 6 men) from municipalities, Social Security Units, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), youth clubs, and community stakeholders.
– Established collaboration with local governments and social protection actors through the designation of municipal focal persons to facilitate referrals, document verification, and implementation of mobile documentation clinics.
