About LIFE Nepal
Promoting Equality and Justice for Rights
LIFE Nepal is a non-profit organization registered at the District Administration Office of Dhanusha, Nepal in 2012. We are also affiliated with the Social Welfare Council in Kathmandu. Operating throughout the entire Madhesh Province, we are a women lead organization.

To construct a compassionate society where every person can freely exercise their fundamental rights for a dignified life and where efforts are amalgamated for children’s rights.
To ensure the basic needs, including education, health, social protection, and livelihood, of people, especially girls, Dalits, Muslims, women, youth, and people with disabilities.
Target Groups
Adolescent Girls
Marginalized in terms of gender-based discrimination, lack of life skills, limited child participation, and restricted leadership opportunities.
Disability
Marginalized in terms of functionality, excluded from planning and decision-making activities, and voiceless in prioritizing their issues and plans.
Women
Marginalized in terms of gender-based discrimination, violence, abuse, exploitation, and limited participation in decision-making and planning processes.
Youth
Marginalized in terms of participation and decision-making, local leadership, employment, vocational skills, and job opportunities.
Religious Minority
Religious minority facing untouchability, socio-economic deprivation, and limited participation in decision-making and planning processes.
Excluded
Marginalized through untouchability, socio-economic deprivation, caste-based discrimination, and limited participation in decision-making and planning processes.

LIFE Nepal celebrated the International Day of the Girl Child 2025 by successfully hosting a powerful volleyball competition, actively promoting girl empowerment through sport.

Educational materials have been distributed to children with disabilities in Dhanusha. The distribution was carried out through the Inclusive Climate Resilient Community Development Project, implemented by Life Nepal and the Disabled Society Janakpurdham, with financial and technical support from Australian Aid and CBM Global.
