– Empower girls against discrimination, abuse, and violence through self-defense training sessions on building self-confidence and technical skills with martial arts techniques, preparing girls to respond to verbal abuse, teasing, and child marriage threats, especially when violence against girls increased and local police support was limited.

– Enhance adolescents’ knowledge on rights, relationships, sexual and reproductive health, and financial literacy through RUPANTARAN sessions facilitated by peer leaders. 

– Involved parents, extended families, traditional leaders, and influencers in promoting gender-equitable attitudes and girls’ rights.

– Organized sessions for parents, fostering a protective environment for adolescents.

– Set up the RUPANTARAN gallery to visually engage and educate adolescents.

– Child-to-child and child-to-parent knowledge transfer amplified learning impacts within communities.

– Form Complaint Hearing Committees (CHC) in schools

– Installed suggestion boxes across schools for anonymous reporting

– Interaction sessions to increase community awareness and support for a safe environment for children.
